Information Collected Automatically When You Access & Use the Site
In addition to any Personal Information or other information that you choose to submit to the Site, we and our third party service providers, including any third party content providers, may use a variety of technologies that automatically or passively collect certain information whenever you visit or interact with the Site (“Usage Information“). Usage Information may include the browser and operating system you are using, the URL or advertisement that referred you to our Site, the search terms you entered into a search engine that lead you to our Site (if applicable), all of the areas within our Site that you visit, and the time of day you visited the Site, among other information. Usage Information also includes the IP address or other unique identifier (“Device Identifier”) for any computer, mobile phone or other device (any of which are referred to herein as a “Device”) used to access the Site. We may use Usage Information for a variety of purposes, including enhancing or otherwise improving the Site and our products and services. Usage Information is generally non-identifying, but if we associate it with you as a specific and identifiable person, we treat it as Personal Information.
We do not collect personal information about your online activities over time and across third party websites or online services. Therefore, “do not track” signals transmitted from web browsers does not apply to our Site, and we do not alter any of our data collection and use practices upon receipt of such a signal.
HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
HOW AND WHEN WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
Premiere may disclose to third parties non-personally identifiable information, such as aggregated user statistics, in our discretion and without restriction.
Third Party Service Providers
We may share Personal Information with third party service providers in connection with the service providers’ performance of services to, or on behalf of, the Site (e.g., providing consumer affairs services, tracking Site analytics, processing payments, or performing other administrative services.) In addition, we may share your information, including Personal Information, with technical service providers (e.g., closed captioning providers) to help us provide our services to you pursuant to your request or with your consent.
If your company has provided you with access to the Site, such as through a corporate membership, we may share any and all information about your use of the Site, including your Personal Information and Usage Information, with your company or its agents.
In some instances, we may disclose certain Personal Information to the platforms where we distribute your content (e.g., iTunes, Hulu, Amazon, Google). For instance, if a dispute involving the platform arises, we may disclose your contact information to the platform. Additionally, if you use your name as your production company, that information typically will be disclosed to the platform.
When You Agree to Receive Information From Third Parties or Request That We Share Your Information
Administrative & Legal Reasons
Premiere may share information, including Personal Information with its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, primarily for business and operational purposes. We may also disclose and transfer your Personal Information: (i) to a subsequent owner, co-owner or operator of the Site or applicable database; (ii) if Premiere (or any of its affiliated, parent, or subsidiary companies) assigns its rights regarding any of your information to a third party; or (iii) in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, restructuring, the sale of certain of Premiere’s ownership interests, assets, or both, or other company change, including, without limitation, during the course of any due diligence process.
Third Party and Affiliate Marketing
We do not share your Personal Information with third parties or affiliates for those third parties’ or affiliates’ marketing purposes unless you consent to such sharing.
THIRD PARTY ANALYTICS PROVIDERS & AD SERVERS
Premiere works with certain third parties (including network advertisers, ad agencies, and analytics companies) to provide us with information regarding traffic on the Site, to serve advertisements, including our advertisements elsewhere online, and to provide us with information regarding the use of the Site and the effectiveness of our advertisements. For example, if you clicked on one of our advertisements that led you to the Site, our service provider(s) may be able to tell us which advertisement you clicked on and where you were viewing the advertisement. Some of these parties may collect Personal Information when you visit the Site or other online websites and services. These third parties may set and access their own tracking technologies (including cookies and web beacons) and may otherwise collect or have access to your Device Identifier, Usage Information and related information about you. Cookies, including those set by third party network advertisers, may be used to, among other things, target advertisements, prevent you from seeing the same advertisements too many times and to conduct research regarding the usefulness of certain advertisements to you. We may share Device Identifier and Usage Information about visitors with third party advertising companies, analytics providers and other vendors for similar purposes. While we may use a variety of service providers to perform advertising and analytics services, some of these companies are members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) or the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) Self-Regulatory Program for Online Behavioral Advertising. You may want to visit http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp, which provides information regarding targeted advertising and the “opt-out” procedures of NAI members. You may also want to visit http://www.aboutads.info/choices/, which provides information regarding targeted advertising and offers an “opt-out” by participating companies in the DAA Self-Regulatory Program. You may also opt out of tracking and receiving tailored advertisements on your mobile device by some mobile advertising companies and other similar entities by downloading the App Choices app at www.aboutads.info/appchoices. Please note that opting out through these mechanisms does not opt you out of being served advertising. You will continue to receive generic ads while visiting the Site and elsewhere online.
UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION, PREFERENCES & SUBSCRIPTIONS
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you submit to us, such as your contact information. You may update your contact information through the “My Account” section on the Site [link]. If you maintain accounts on multiple Premiere Sites, you must update your account on each Premiere Site separately. Premiere will make good faith efforts to make requested changes in our then active databases as soon as reasonably practicable. Note, however, that information may persist internally for our administrative purposes and that residual data may remain on backup media or for other reasons.
You may opt out of receiving marketing e-mails by following the opt-out instructions provided to you in those e-mails. Please note that we reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to your account or use of the Site (for example, administrative and service announcements) and these transactional account messages may be unaffected if you opt-out from marketing communications.
THIRD PARTY CONTENT, LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES, AND PREMIERE CONTENT FOUND OUTSIDE OF THE SITE
Certain content on the Site may be hosted and served by third parties and the Site, and the Site may contain links to third party web sites that Premiere does not control. This includes links from advertisers, sponsors and partners that may use our logo(s). In addition, Premiere widgets or other Premiere content may be included on web pages and web sites that are not associated with us and over which we have no control. These third parties may collect Usage Information through the use of their own cookies and web beacons, independently collect data or solicit Personal Information, and may have the ability to track your use of their sites and services. Premiere is not responsible for the privacy practices employed by any third party.
Premiere takes commercially reasonable security measures through the use of administrative, technical and physical controls to help protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, please note that transmission over the Internet or wireless networks cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure; and therefore we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information we collect. You use our Site and provide us with your information at your own risk.

Premiere’s Site is a general audience site not directed at children under the age of 13. If Premiere obtains actual knowledge that any information we collect has been provided by a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete that information.
